Sharing an easy and fast Dollar Tree DIY that takes less than 5 minutes to make and costs only $2!
The Dollar Tree is my jam and I enjoy finding creative ways to repurpose Dollar Tree items, not for their intended purpose, and make them into something new again.
The last time I stopped in the store, I found the holiday section and grabbed as many clear ball ornaments I could find from their DIY display. I love receiving and gifting handmade gifts and an idea struck me with just what to do. I had leftover latex confetti balloons (grab them from the Dollar Tree in-store or online here) and wanted to repurpose the confetti that was inside them.
These bright and cheerful DIY confetti ornaments would make a great gift and costs less than $2! This easy DIY is great for kids and an easy last-minute gift. If you have a Cricut or other cutting machine you can add a little more flair with vinyl or add other filler to your liking.
HOT TIP: The more confetti you use, the fuller your ornament will look. I would also suggest not folding your confetti together and instead filling your ornament little by little and shaking your confetti around after each placement so the pieces do not stick together.
