I am a Chicken Salad freak, and was super sad when Chick-fil-a discontinued their famous Original Chicken Salad. Since this very sad day, I have been searching for the perfect chicken salad recipe that is light, flavorful, and tastes just like the original I fell in love with!

Prepare Ingredients
Chop your cooked chicken breasts and chop your hard boiled eggs to your desired size. I cooked my chicken breasts in the Instant Pot so they were perfectly shredded. You can also make hard boiled eggs in the Instant Pot too! Check out the recommended cooking times here.
Combine chicken breasts, celery, Greek yogurt, relish, hard boiled eggs, dill, and lemon juice. DONE!
Chill overnight or eat right away! I also like my chicken salad on the cold side with carrot ships or wheat thins.
